We love to celebrate at Hazelmade Art Studio and art parties are a great way to make a child’s big day extra special!
Want to party, but no birthday coming up? No problem! Hazelmade can create an awesome experience for your Holiday party, Craft Night, Ladies Night, Baby Shower, Bridal Shower, School Sponsored event, Fundraiser, Family Night, Scout event, or Team Building.

Let Hazelmade help you choose a special project for your birthday or event. We provide all the supplies and instruction for your guests to create a one-of-a-kind masterpiece. Our parties will have your birthday artist feeling special, your guests feeling creative, and yourself feeling satisfied knowing you can leave the prepping and the mess to me.
Basic Package: What’s Included?
~Up to 8 kids (ages 5+) at the party. More kids can be accommodated for an additional fee.
~2 hour facilitated project/s at the Hazelmade Studio.
~1 instructed art project for each guest (selected in advance).
~1 collaborative art project that all guests work on with the birthday artist.
~A Hazelmade t-shirt for the birthday artist.
~Set up & Clean up of the project space and supplies
Themes
We have 7 rad party themes to choose from:
Unicorns, Rainbows, Sweet Treats, Mermaids/Underwater, Dinosaurs, Dogs/Cats, and Outerspace.

Scheduling and Pricing
Basic Party pricing is a flat fee of $175 to hold the event at the Downtown Appleton Hazelmade studio for up to 8 kids. Each additional guest will be $10. This party package includes a custom mural to keep and an instructed project of your choice.
Hazelmade can bring our projects and staff to you for an additional $50 (limited to the Fox Cities).
Parties must be scheduled at least 3- weeks before the event.
What do customers need to provide?
Customers are responsible for inviting guests, food/refreshments, cake, candles, and whatever plates, napkins, cups, and eating utensils your guests may require. Hazelmade will provide the tables for the craft along with an extension cord and power strip if hot glue guns are needed. If you are holding your event outside of the Hazelmade studio, you will need to have a designated space for us to set up and use either indoors or out.
